In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate the seamless progression of real estate transactions from contract to closing — ensuring every step from signed contract to title to closing flows without friction. 📋 Core Duties

▸ Title company management — pushing deals from one stage to the next on schedule
▸ Title search and commitment review — regular communication with title companies
▸ Realtor management for property listings and activity
▸ Marketing and inventory management (active listings, price drops, platforms, contracts)
▸ Strong phone presence — assisting with client maintenance calls in various facets
▸ Comfort with ALTA reviews, contracts, and closing documentation

English Fluency is a Hard Requirement

You will communicate directly with sellers, callers, and the acquisitions team daily. Your English must be fluent, professional, and clearly written — in messages, notes, and on calls. + Saturday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM · Central Time

💵 Starting Pay

$10.00 / hour

I understand the starting pay is $10.00/hour and that increases are performance-based, not automatic.

I understand that I will get paid via PayPal and that payroll is sent every two weeks.

My English is fluent, clear, and largely accent-neutral. I understand this is evaluated directly from my voice recording and is a hard requirement for this role.
